Review of Waterdrop
Customer service is poor. Getting someone on the phone can take as long as 40 minutes sitting on hold.
The people answering the phone have little to no technical knowledge. Asking for a manager results in having to wait for a call which can take 24 hours or longer. There is not somewhere local to drop off a system for diagnosis or repair.
