I felt the company did overprice for my in laws. However the young man (Christopher Grimes) that came out was very polite, friendly and did a good job overall. He said he would come out every week for 4 visits , which he did. No more issues with Rats in the loft. His guidance and expertise were excellent.

Never again! Poor customer service. Wheelchair still under warranty but because we're going on holiday in a few weeks time. They cannot do anything as repair could take as long as 3 weeks. I was advised that I could pay for repair elsewhere. Also my warranty didn't cover an engineer call out I would need to pay which wasnt the issue, the issue was an Engineer would probably take a few weeks as well. Not helpful in an emergency situation at all.

Used the service a few times now always found what i was looking for in terms of cost.
