The prompt response to my queries when the first card didn't work. They immediately sent out a replacement with instructions to return original.
Also very quick to answer further queries regarding when the card was updated to.

Warm welcome soon as we stepped into showroom. Neil was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Car I was looking at had a few niggles which he promised would get sorted. And true to his word they were fixed. Also has been very approachable post sale. Nothing is a problem. Would certainly recommend Rubber Duck Cars to friends and family with no hesitation.
