The wrong colour shoe was ordered automatically when the one I wanted was out of my size, instead of it just saying it was out of stock…then when I realised this swap was made I tried to ring and email customer service but got no response only just an automated reply that stated when an order was placed it couldn’t be changed. No customer service at all.
This was only 5 minutes after ordering the shoes, they hadn’t been picked yet and I just wanted to change the colour or cancel the order but couldn’t.
They have since been delivered and now I can’t print a return form as the site doesn’t recognise my order number, it’s a disgrace.
