On registering it wouldnt verify my account, I emailed straight to company, it was on a weekend so didnt expect a reply until monday but literally 20 minutes later and Adrianna replied, asked me a few questions and was verified 5 minutes later, if only all customer services were as responsive as her

Firstly we paid for 3 children for 90 minutes (1.30-3pm) on arrival they were given wristbands which stated 2.55, oy 5 minutes so not really a big deal, then told to wait at meeting point, maybe im wrong but in my thinking and everywhere else we go the time paid for is the time on the activities, we were collected from meeting point shortly after 1.30 and as there was around 8-9 children in the group that then had to wait to have harnesses fitted and the safety brief they lost another 20-25 minutes of activity time, absolute rip off, was also so busy if we had only paid for the hour (realistically 30 minutes) they would have been lucky to even get on 2 of the 3 courses

Review of QT Funded
Stay well clear
Passed 2 funded accounts and had another 2 challenges
I had some personal things going on so hadn't even opened the funded ones or the other 2 challenges
I then got an email stating if account was not used in the next 7 days I would lose it
No account number in email so no idea which accojnt this referred to
Then found the details sent to me for funded accounts didn't work so couldn't sign in
Sent numerous emails, opened support tickets, joined discord and posted on there
Completely ignored apart from one message in discord saying down to me to keep an eye on my accounts
Hundreds of pounds wasted, well stolen sums it up more
Since this is have seen so many more bad reviews on trading groups, similar situations or when asking for payouts they have made excuses and hard breached accounts
Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere
