Have loved DFYNE ever since I stole a pair of my daughters leggings for the gym which sprayed me on to make purchases of my own.

On Monday I was pulling on my favourite pair and noticed there was breakage to the scrunch bum. I emailed define about their policy on such things and received a request to send a photograph of the damage including the final logo which I did. I immediately got a response informing me that they had put an order in for a replacement pair of the same leggings for me! What an amazing customer service experience!! Kayleigh I thank you for such a Pleasant resolution experience 🥰

I was considering purchasing a 2.0 pillow after seeing their instagram post/advert, which claims they have “racked up over 2,000 reviews on Trustpilot. So, I logged in to take a look at them. Imagine my surprise to find only 12 reviews.

Making false claims really doesn’t provoke much confidence in your company. If the product was that great why would you be grossly lying about reviews ??

Needless to say I won’t be purchasing

Ordered two sets of the same outfit in different colours as it looked so good on the website. What an utter disappointment.. when they arrived they were nowhere near the same as their website images. The fabric was awful (like a shiny polyester, looked like sweat material on the website). And the oversized look on the website was nowhere to be seen.. the set looks ridiculous and cheap.

Worse tho is the customer service, I’ve been trying to return the order from the day I recieved it, they ask for an email explaining why you want to return, which I sent, plus subsequent emails asking for a response, I’ve sent 5 emails over 3 weeks and still not had anything other than an automated reply. Still no return info and growing frustration

My order had been marked as delivered by Royal Mail but I hadn’t received it, on raising this, emma took me through the basic procedures and when it was established that the parcel was missing, sent out a replacement straight away. One of the most stress free customer services experiences I’ve ever had. So thank you so much emma!!

This company hound people in cold hits via text and WhatsApp messaging. Despite replying to all messages they continued to contact me. The last to date, Stephanie, who when I asked her to remove my number from their listing, was simply arrogant and down right rude. Who ever would want to work for an agency who conducts business in this way would want their heads reading!!! I wouldn’t put it past them to have paid for the few good reviews that are listed here

What a joke, sick and tired of Instagram not vetting their advertisers properly! Should nr hey not be looking into reviews BEFORE allowing cowboy companies like this to advertise in their site. Awful quality clothing and no compliance to international sizing guides or returns procedures. Both are blatant misinformation which is illegal.

And going by the reviews on here.. I’d hazzard a guess that the 5* reviews are fixed by the company

Poor quality product!! Delivery was fast however the product was unwearable. The size of the trainer was ok but being a sock trainer, it should have been a snug fit. However the fabric was extremely baggy around my foot, causing me to step out of the shoes as soon as I tried to walk. I have returned and still awaiting a refund
