I had an excellent experience with this bathroom shop from start to finish. Diego in sales was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered great advice without any pressure. His attention to detail and customer care really stood out.
Phil handled the delivery, and he was just as impressive – punctual, professional, and very friendly. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and he made sure it was placed exactly where we needed it.

I hired a car when staying with my family in France. We suffered a puncture, which happens, so I followed protocol, called the owner to advise and called Ouicar.
They advised me that calling assistance for changing a tyre was covered by the insurance and we decided to proceed. All went well, the "AA" arrived within an hour and changed the tyre, which took less than 10 minutes.

Now, 1 month later, I received an email from Ouicar telling me that they will charge me 90eur for assistance.
I emailed back to explain that this was not was what discussed with their customer service.
I didn't receive any answer, and 90eur was taken from my account without my consent.

90eur is TWICE the charge for changing a tyre in France.

Total Scam.


RESPONDING TO THE FEEDBACK: I fail to see how this makes it acceptable. If I had been given the correct information, I wouldn't have agreed to call the assistance truck. I would have called MIDAS who could have changed the tyre for 39eur. My complaint still stands.
