I bought the key chain with quick key adjustment that is supposed to be easy to put keys on, and then keep them locked and secure. This was a gift for my boss whose last name is King, and since it says "Kings Loot" on the leather strap of the key chain, I thought it would be a neat gift. I was very disappointed, and so was my boss... when we opened it and realized that the loop that holds the keys is NOT very secure at all and could easily open inadvertently and you could lose keys! This was $49.!!! I packed it back up in original packaging, it was never used and I tried to send it back. They refused it and sent it back to me, and sent me a whole email of all the reasons why items cannot be returned! A VERY LONG LIST! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a HUGE RIP OFF and charge way too much money for their products, and then will not allow you to return them! I should have known better... my gut was telling me that there was something about this company I didn't like! Maybe because I thought the prices were very high... but I sprung for it to hopefully give my boss something neat for Christmas! Now, he has a useless key chain with a CROOK'S name on it!

Did not receive 4 items in my order. Out of 17 items. Emailed and they have not responded yet.
