My mother loved the "painting" of her childhood home that her parents built back in the 1950s. Her parents are both deceased, and the photo of the entire family together was the perfect gift. Communication was clear and easy, and then entire process from application to funding in my bank account took 10 days, total. They even had an option where they sent someone to my home for closing, at a time of my choosing, making the entire process even more convenient. I would definitely use Figure for my next mortgage or HELOC experience. It really was an unbelievably easy loan to have funded! I still don't know how they did it.
