Gift was beautiful and loved by the recipient. I was unclear when it would arrive as it was sent to the UK. It arrived a few days later than I thought it would but I didn't know in advance when it would arrive.

After being directed to a parking spot, we were lucky to catch a bus to the airport as soon as we got to the stop.
On our return flight, there was a bus waiting at the stop in the airport and it dropped us close to our car.
Entry and exit from the car park as a breeze as we just drove up to the barrier and it opened for us.

The process from booking to accessing and exiting the car park was easy and very straightforward.
Our timing was cery fortunate. The bus to the airport was at the bus stop when we parked so we had no delay. It was the same on the way back, a bus was waiting when we got out of the terminal.
The staff we encountered were very friendly, at 5.30am on the outbound leg of our journey and at 23.30 when returning to our car.
The only area for improvement was on the bus returning to our car. The driver had to shout out the stop number and it would have been impossible to hear him if you were at the rear of the bus. A few electronic signs throughout the bus showing the next stop number would be very useful.

Order arrived a couple of days before it was due and everything worked as described.
