I cannot recommend Hayley Brent, Senior Lettings Negotiator, enough. She found us great tenants and conducted the whole process of letting my property in a professional and very high standard throughout. She really did go above and beyond the normal service expected from a lettings agent. I will continue to use solely Knight Frank. Highly recommended.

I paid for the same day 5 test & release. The test was at 11am.
My result was not sent until midday the next day
I have asked twice now for a refund and no one is available for comment
It’s really not good enough and very disappointing

The reply is far from satisfactory
Considering how much I paid there should be a refund fir the difference
I did all 3 tests with you in good faith and told friends and family to do the same

I will let them know the incident

Excellent professional service. Came within 1 hour with emergency call out. All sorted and cleaned up after too! Would definitely recommend.
