Quality control Nonexistent. Atrocious customer service.
Received a bike that was so badly warped on the front fork that it was impossible to put the front wheel in.
Customer service completely unreachable.
What a joke that you can spend hundreds of euros and be given such poor customer service.

I have received no such contact from the warranty team.

This company lists payroll as one of its specialties, but forgot that one of the staff members whose wages it was responsible for paying had an IBAN resulting in wages being 3 weeks late.

Interestingly enough, there was no problem with the first payment - only with the subsequent months.

You have to be some kind of special to not make a note that you might need to do *the same exact thing that you did in the first month* for the second month too.

Absolutely embarrassing customer service, almost unreachable by phone, did not respond to voicemails, often had to bombard with multiple emails just to get a response.
