Gear arrived in reasonable time and well packed. Also, the delivery person rang the bell and waited for me to come to the door. Other deliver people often just leave a card regardless of whether I'm at home.

I wanted to review a score for my band and the only way to do so was to buy a copy. While the score was not particularly cheap, the experience was easy and within an hour I had a printed copy in my hand - including printing time on my slow printer. The stave size was small, as 22 staves had to fit on each page, but printing on A3 paper made it workable.
