Goed product (afzuigkap) vor de beste…

Goed product (afzuigkap) vor de beste prijs die ik kon vinden. Het product netjes geleverd en werkt uitstekend, alleen de levering kwam pas na 3 weken zonder enige tussentijdse updates zodat ik zelf achteraan moest bellen.

A lot of hassle and crappy service.

I ordered a backpack in September, and never received it, not did I get any updates on the delivery. After questions I was told it was sold out and I could select a new one with a coupon code. After 5 failed attempts (the website is not working and the code is not working) I asked my money back. I was told I would get a refund but it took 2 months and reminders before I got a refund. A lot of hassle and crappy service.
