After 2,5 months from our verification for Kinderdepots (children accounts), after repeating verification, after sending a couple of emails, when we can receive the result of the process - nothing. Just emails, that you rather not send emails and don't call. Nothing. Nix. So we opened the children accounts at another bank - within 2 days opened. Our experience with ING is the worst. If there is no star possible, I'd give zero star!

Betrug! Schade, dass ich diese Website früher nicht gefunden habe! Hatte bezahlt ca € 600 für eine Lieferung und seit 17.Januar nichts - selten ein Antwort, meistens nur bla bla bla wir schicken heute die Ware... seit Mitte Februar nichts, ist schon Anfang März, keine Ware hier, kein Geld zurück, selten nur unkompetente und uglaubliche Antworte an Nachfrage, keine Rufnummer, keine Emailadresse, so man bekommt wirklich NICHTS.

Am Montag gehe ich zum Anwalt, mir muss dies nicht so nerven! Absolut unglaublicher Betrug !! §§

Einkauf via Grover war einfach und ohne Probleme. Wenn alles weiter ohne Probleme läuft, dann kaufe ich mal wieder ein :-)

Bis 13Uhr eine Störung, jetzt zeigt das Konto "verfügbarer Betrag € 0" - Pfändung mit ggf. eingeräumter Kreditlinie. Telefon besetzt, keine Antworte auf Emails, keine Antworte auf Messenger, nix. Ich hab Angst ob ich mein Geld noch sehen werde.

This company act as in stoneage. Is it 2017 really?? Password for wifi goes 3 weeks per post, while invoice is here immediately, so you pay for the time you hadn´t internet. When the quality is bad - they do nothing, you just have to pay. Time waiting on the line, no answers to emails, ticket form, nothing. Nothing is possible! And I wanted to change wifi to kabel - not possible. So I ordered kabel separate - no answer, so I went to another operator. Absolutely terrible company with worst service I have EVER experienced. I don´t believe. This is Germany, in 2017?
