Good price and well packaged. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong pair of handlebars to what was ordered! Not sure what to do now really as I'm UK based .

Waited for 8 hours and still waiting, they have given me a time slot then pushed it back a few hours , then again pushed it back another few hours. The proceeded to off load it to a 3rd party which I am still also waiting for.

4 1/2 ⭐ from a Genuine customer, after reading some of the reviews on various forums I was a little dubious about using affordable mobiles. There are some mixed reviews but at this point it was a little late as I had already made my order. However I am pleased to say that my order was pretty much flawless, the order acceptance and processing was quick (less than 24hrs) and my phone was delivered safely and quickly by DPD within another 24hrs. I can also confirm that the handset appears to be brand new and unused with original screen protection present front and back, charger and headphones also appeared to be new, however the box wasn't sealed. I don't know if that is something to do with checks their end. I did video my un boxing just to be on the safe side. All in all it was a good experience and everything was how youd expect it to be when getting a new contract phone. Only downside is the £2.50 fee you have to pay.... Comes on what's that all about 4 1/2 ⭐ from me

This is nothing to worry about, this is just to make sure that the handsets and all accessories are in the box and that there are no production defects etc. In regards to the £2.50 amount, this is part of our Security checks, to confirm the bank details and your order details match.
