I have conducted business with Pack & Send for over the last 10 years sending consignments all over Australia with great success. Unfortunately the last few shippments have been a nightmare. P&S use Aramax for local deliveries and they are hopeless with consignments taking up to a week to even be collected. P&S are aware of this and and need to act. So, I've gone back to Australia Post for local deliveries, yes a few extra dollars but no irate customers!

If I could give 'no starrs' this is what Virgin Money would get. Their new web site is terrible, very hard to navigate and then I was blocked.. ....which resulted in a 45 minute wait and a waste of my life. Very dissatisfied.

Facebook are a faceless organization that has lost its way with users. The new FB layout that was forced on its users is a huge step backwards. Very klunky and hard to use when using the on line selling Marketplace.

Excellent ... great to do business with, very reliable and really good ideas. Highly recommend
