Hirbawi produce astonishing work under incredibly difficult circumstances. I have ordered from them several times and never been disappointed.

Ordered on a Wednesday as oil was running low, called first to check it could be delivered the next day. It never arrived and when we called the lady at the other end was very rude and dismissive and claimed it would arrive Friday. The same thing happened again Friday, fobbed off on the phone and and then couldn't get through for the last hour on Friday afternoon, and of course they are not open Saturday as claimed on their website. After the bank holiday Monday, we called again and she was shouting down the phone at us. The oil eventually arrived late Tuesday morning.

These guys are the Ryanair of oil delivery. Avoid, avoid avoid.

My order for family Christmas calendars was cancelled by Mimeo after 6 days for no good reason leaving me high and dry with no time to get them printed elsewhere. Customer Services were useless and they didnt offer any kind of convincing explanation as to why it was cancelled.

Avoid this crowd at all costs.

I ordered the wrong size and they arranged an exchange the same day. highly recommended.

Gave false delivery information and then repeated this in support chat when queried. Do not trust their delivery times if you are ordering from Ireland and do not expect any compensation when your order is late and expect nothing but frustration when you challenge them.

To clarify in response to the reply below. The Issue is not the the post was slow, the issue is that mymemory states that delivery is 3-5 days to Ireland when you order, but then when you look in the terms and conditions it actually says 7-10 days. Then they give you two different stories and lie about it when you confront them in chat support. This is precisely what they are doing with their reply to this complaint.
