Our converter had a fault, tried to contact Solaredge support on their website. Would have been minus 2 stars for the bad experience on the solaredge website, the form did not work and their AI agents kept sending me in circles.
But in the end Nikolay Barov from Solaredge contacted me by phone and his support was great and made up for the bad experience in the website. Turned out the unit could not be repaired and I received a new unit.

I ordered shoes but they cancelled the shipment. They refunded the shoes but not the shipping cost. I sent them multiple e-mails but they do not respond.

You only really learn how good a shop is when there is a problem, and mantel's response was perfect.

I bought a set op hubs here, and after a month, when I took the rear wheel out of the bike, I noticed that the bearings were not running smoothly anymore. I contacted Mantel and sent the hub back. They did not have the same model available anymore, but immediately offered a full refund.
