Very poor experience with Complete Home Energy Solutions in Liverpool.

Really couldn't rate very well - completehomeenergysolutionsltd.co.uk - very unprofessional in my opinion

We had a great experience working with Ryan and The Home X. Ryan was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire project. He answered our questions, kept everything moving, and made the process much less stressful than we expected.

Were very happy with the finished work and would definitely recommend Ryan and The Home X to anyone planning a remodeling project.

Didnt have the first plant we asked for but didn't inform us until the day of delivery. Plant that arrived took 6 days in transit and wasn't in great shape when received

Great service - been using them for 18 months now and can't say anything but 5 stars

Mick refused to pay an invoice for money owed to a family member for work done on his website. We asked for a payment for work done and he told us never to contact him again.

Just worth making public - if he treats people who've worked diligently for him like this. How will he treat a customer?

I looked at and contacted a number of companies (large and small) for a garden office and after some thought and discussion decided on Oxfordshire Garden Rooms.

From the initial consultation to the foundation work, to installing the final electrical fittings they were excellent - friendly, helpful and professional and a very good value, quality product.

In essence, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Service Review Barons BMW Borehamwood (Formerly Spire Sterling Corner).

I booked my MOT and service at Barons BMW Borehamwood (Formerly Spire Sterling Corner) and left my car in AT 10am. Parking was a bit of a mess as the garage service area is currently being refurbished, so we left our keys in the temporary portakabin. This isn’t really an issue, every business has to renovate. We were served relatively promptly, the rep got me to sign off what would be done and checked my phone number was correct – it was! So, I left my car with Barons BMW Borehamwood (Formerly Spire Sterling Corner). I was told the car would be ready before 6pm.

My issue with Barons BMW Borehamwood (Formerly Spire Sterling Corner) is as follows. I waited throughout the day for a phone call – there was none.

So, at about 4.45 I called Barons BMW Borehamwood (Formerly Spire Sterling Corner) to see and was told that my customer service person – Ellie – was unavailable but would call me back promptly. I waited and heard nothing. I then called back again at 5.40pm.

The customer rep consulted Ellie who told me she’d left me a voice message and also left a text. Neither of which I had received (likely because they were never made as I was forgotten about). I said this was the case and was just told that this ‘was weird’ but did not receive an apology. Because of the time the car had to be left overnight and picked up the next day.

Reality is mistakes happen and people forget things, but a small verbal apology would have gone a long way. My car was fine and all in terms of the service went well. However, I wouldn’t give a lot for the customer service at Barons BMW Borehamwood (Formerly Spire Sterling Corner).

Our Serplogic Review could be summarised briefly. Great work from Tommy McDonald of Serplogic. We asked him to provide us with outreach for one of our clients on a trial basis. They proved why they're considered the best in the SEO business. Serplogic impressed us a lot and we have provided Tommy McDonald and the team with a larger contract. A positive five star review for Serplogic from us.
