8 days and still no solution to login issue. I've had BT broadband issues sorted quicker and they are not quick!
First ticket request took longer than 48 hours to answer and only after I chased it.
Replies/comms seem to be the problem here. I have had to create 3 tickets to speak of the same problem.
I have sent three screenshots showing the issue I am having. Still no fix.
I'm sorry, I'm sure there is effort to fix things but this is a system for kids and schools, this needs to be much better.
Tried to login this morning and still not fixed.

Easy to navigate website with decent selection of products.
What I bought was pretty good quality for the price.
Delivery reasonably quick.
Overall pleased, would use again.
