Early failure, no parts available
Beware when purchasing! Components do not last long and when they fail spare parts are not available. The hot taps are great when working but be prepared to replace it every 2 years. I am now stuck with a broken hot water tap that requires a £10 part (thermostat) that insinkerator will not sell me, all they could offer is a new tank at the cost of £180

This is a scam
This is a scam! Placed my order for it to be delivered last Tuesday which cost £35. Its now Saturday and still no items, I spoke to them on the phone Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and was promised the items where on the van. Total inconvenience! Shambles of a company
