I was sold a product which was already open on arrival, the security seal was broken. The products battery is faulty. Customer service is awful. No communication. Questions all go unanswered after every email. I am not being told i cant get a refund if the product is open and i will have to pay for it to be inspected for a fault.

I was sold a product that arrived with the security seal already opened. The product had a faulty battery. Now I have requested a refund I am being told that the product needs to be unopened and if the cannot confirm a fault I will need to pay for the product to be returned to me.
