We had to order slightly more than we really needed because of the minimum order value, but the parts arrived the next day, so we don't mind having the extras. Carriage cost was reasonable to the UK.

Speedy delivery, good prices
Speedy delivery, and the cost of the ESD bubble products we purchased was considerably cheaper than where we have been buying them from in the past. We will certainly be using Kite again.

Very quick delivery, helpful customer service
The racks we ordered arrived very early the next day, for a commendably reasonable carriage charge. Unfortunately, there was one bag of shelf fixings missing, but we rang to report the error, and were phoned back very soon afterwards, with the replacements arriving the next morning. We can certainly recommend them on the strength of their response alone.
