Faulty item sent. After a bit of back and forth, they agreed to a return. I have sent the return back (and have DHL Proof of postage), however they are now ignoring my emails, and have not processed the refund. Happy to take this review down if you’re able to resolve this, otherwise my next step will be a credit card charge back and report to trading standards.

Christian was able to fix my husband’s botched job, and did not take the mickey - too much! Arrived on time, clean and professional. Great service.

Plants arrived completely based up (needed to go in the bin). Have sent multiple emails to customer service without any luck. Avoid at all cost - they just don’t reply!

Great customer service and a wonderful product. My print arrived quickly, was well packaged and priced fairly.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched. The 'latest estimated dispatch day' has long since passed! Wish I'd known delivery was likely to take ages, as I would've ordered from somewhere else! When I sent an email enquiry as to the status of my order, the reply I got (quite a few days later) was unapologetic and fairly unhelpful!

Justyna was wonderfully helpful today. She cleared up the error on my account, that I had caused from inputting the meter readings incorrectly. £33k saved! Thank you Justyna!
