We were back up and running in no time...
Having already taken all the recommended steps to harden our Wordpress site, we were still hacked by spammers and as a result blacklisted by google search.
Was hesitant at first as we're in the UK (as well as hosted) and their office is overseas, so not many local testimonial/reviews at the time - but didn't cause any complications getting things fixed.
Site was fixed the next day, got feedback on what had been hacked and how it happened. Also updated settings and configured/updated security plugins and settings to cover future issues as well as taken off googles blocklist.
Great service, fast, thorough and at an affordable price.
Highly recommend.
