The overall process of the check in and delivery of the car was perfect. The ladies at these meeting points were very kind and helpful, i felt like in a 5* hotel. The car was dirty and really worn out with nearly 70k km. The seats were stained and dirty, so overall feeling was a car in a really bad shape. But anyway, we enjoyed our trip to Sicily, and are used to such inconvenience when renting a car on the island, so next time i will choose Locauto again. ☺️

Just after booking the car i was contacted by a gentleman, who helped me immediately, as my explorer did not work properly. This is a kind of attention what creates loyal customers :)
