Speed with which transfer happens is commendable. However, I noticed that the exchange rates are not matching the market rates anymore.

In the current market, Skrill is the best economical platform for Forex transactions

I am providing my feedback based on the options available in the market for me as a Customer. Though Xendpay is innovative and serves the purpose, I see there is still room for improvements in the business model.
I see Xendpay and Transferwise are direct competitors and I am a customer in both the platforms. Here is my feedback,

1. Timeline:
I use Transferwise platform when I need the money on the same day and Xendpay when there is no time restriction. Xendpay can improve this area.

2. Diversified Payment options
Recently Transferwise introduced the Credit Card payment for an additional charge. This helps customers in critical times.

3. Cost of a transaction for customers:
Xendpay has the option of "PAY WHAT YOU WANT". However, there is always a difference in the current exchange rate and the Xendpay rates. I suggest Xendpay work on this to have a fair exchange rate in such a way customers won't have a second thought to use the Xendpay platform.

4. Comparing Bank fees:
This motto of "you could save xxx Euros" is not a fact and I personally think it's not ethical because generalizing all banks is not good. Nowadays, banks offer competitive rates as well. If the business model is transparent and beneficial for the customers, then it's a matter of time.

I am using Xendpay since Jan 2016. Initially, I had my doubts but then as an earlyadopter I went for it. After couple of transactions, I see that the platform is easy to use and also reliable. Transaction cost is the least in the market. However, recently I see the exchange rates are always less than the current market rate which again leads to check the other similar platforms before executing a transaction. I request Xendpay team to have the exchange rates competitive which would bring in more customers.
