end of contract is a fraud
end of contract is a fraud. in total sixt have debited my account in the amount of 958 euro . there is so many hidden charges with this fraud company that you wonder if they are setup from the beginning to defraud the customer.
i returned my car one day early because sixt do not accept returns on saturday but i was charged 270,79 EUR + 19,00% because of early return
i was told i could return my car to any six station when i signed my leasing but i was shocked with (Rückgabe) charge of 355,00 EUR + 19,00%
i was charged another 106,21 euro today claiming its for extra car tax even thought my contract include car tax with sixt.
when i called sixth they told me all this charges are in there fine prints of tarms and conditions but who reads 30 pages of terms and conditions. all leasing i previously have before are usually clear of all the charges one should expect but not sixt

We are very sorry that you consider us a fraudulent company. As far as our costs are concerned, we try to be as transparent as possible towards our customers. Therefore, you will find on our website, under the FAQ's also a lot of information about the arising costs during the contract term. Usually there is a certain time window for the return, which has to be kept. We do not charge an extra fee for an early vehicle return of one day. We would therefore ask you to check this again on your final invoice and have it explained to you by calling the relevant department at 0381 80 70 5305.
A free vehicle return can only be made at our sales point in Munich Garching. You can also return your vehicle at another of our other return stations throughout Germany for an additional fee. We have to charge you for the special delivery, because we will have to cover the costs of the vehicle being returned to Munich and prepared for further marketing. You will also be able to find further information on this under the following link https://www.sixt-neuwagen.de/fragen-antworten/rueckgabe under the point " Wo gebe ich das Leasingfahrzeug zurück und welche Kosten entstehen dadurch? “
Only a few of our contracts contain the vehicle tax, in most cases the amount is passed on to our customers. As already mentioned, all costs can be found in our FAQ's on our website and in our application documents.
We are very sorry that you were unaware of the costs and would recommend to contact us concerning the costs for an early vehicle return.
