Purchased a topform countertop and after a year and half the front of the countertop came away from the top, it was a top shape with a square edge. Contacted topform and was advised to contact fitter, fitter advised that topform would not replace unless it was inspected, this ment he would have to remove it and send it back. Where it would then be established if it was a manufacturer fault. So I was left with the option to leave my kitchen without any worktop while topform decided if it's was manufacturing fault!! If they agreed then they would replace it, or else I would have to pay for a new one and only again if they agreed it was a manufacturer fault would they refund me. I asked for a representative to inspect on site and they refused, my fitter inspected it on site and advised that it was not a misuse fault but they would not accept that. Also beware in the terms and conditions you are not allowed go leave water "rest" on the counter, so basically any water damage topform can quote that water was resting on the top!!! Level of customer service is just awful, as long as they can pass the blame they will.

Appliance good but delivery was poor, updating an electric cooker and had left old one installed until it was time to change it. Got 20 mins notice for delivery and no prior indication of delivery. Had to have old cooker removed before new one landed. If delivery are not going to give notice especially for electronic appliances then they should be qualified to uninstall old appliance. Could have been stuck with old one only for the fact I was able to do install myself and I was available to do it. Not ideal been left with an old appliance due to no delivery notice.

Great product, could have more picture editing options available though, I have used optimal print a few times now have had no complaints. The better quality photo the better the print.
