After searching for car insurance quotes as my renewal was due I came across Marshmallow. By far the best value for money, everything done online ( including uploading of ID, Docs etc), so user friendly and efficient.
Save me a small fortune on my renewal price too from previous insurer! Highly recommended.

I registered a complaint 3 months ago whereby 6 defaults had been placed on my credit file, despite not being advised of this and entering in to an arrangement which I paid on time,. every time and early.

It is now 3 months later, and I am no further forward, the complaints team allegedly ring me to discuss, yet let it ring once, not allowing me to answer the phone! I have wasted so much time and money chasing them, so frustrating.

Completely goes against their complaints philosophy 'we'll do everything we can to resolve your concern quickly and fairly" absolute rubbish! This is having an adverse effect on my credit file through no fault of my own. Appalling customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!
I HAVE HAD 3 UPHELD COMPLAINTS WITH THEM.
Brand image and reputation clearly means nothing.

Generally really good products, just a few repeats.
Full size items are few and far between but great value for money and a lovely treat every month.
