Been using these guys for a few years and it's got to be the best provider out there. I've tried many over the years and None come close to these..... Been playing with 7days for a while now and never won a thing Not even site credit. Played the instant wins and no matter how many tickets I buy I always get NO Win, also tried the live draws many, many, many times and never seen my name on any of the lists ever, I'm not even anywhere near the winners number on any of the draws, I know there are are 1000s of numbers but you would expect to see your name at least once, as for the automated draws you never see these drawn, you only see the winners name (not sure what I think on those). There also seems to be a lot of the same players winning, Yes they may buy the max tickets available so there odds are better than most people's, but they also seem to win the end prize on the draws, I understand with all there max tickets they have a better chance but they must be really lucky to win twice on the same draw... I will keep trying for a little longer and if my luck is still crap its time to call it a day as I can't afford to buy the max tickets to try and win something..

Firstly we'd like to thank you for your continued support, it sounds like you've been playing with us for a while which we are incredibly grateful for.
While we wish we could guarantee everyone wins something eventually, this wouldn't be a realistic statement for us to make.

Some of our smaller instant wins, prize every times & tech / cash competitions have fewer total tickets meaning your chance of winning something really are very good!
We do have repeat winners & as you say, often that is due to a higher volume of tickets purchased by these individuals but not always. We have had numerous repeat winners who have purchased an average number of of tickets & won multiple times, it really is luck of the draw.
The finally in regard to seeing your name on the live draw, with us now offering some amazingly low ticket prices there are thousands of names on these sheets. When we scroll through the list to find the winner this is done very quickly hence it's unlikely you'll see your name.
To summarise we'd like to thank you again for your support so far & we really do wish you the best of luck with any future entries! You never know when your first win could round the corner.
