Myself and a friend booked the same…
Myself and a friend booked the same package at exactly the same time only to be told that there was no accommodation available for herself and her husband at the hotel. She was eventually ( after 2 weeks of back and forth phone calls ) given accommodation in a hotel a few miles away. I then tried to switch my accommodation to that hotel but was told I would have to pay an extra 420 eu ! Same type of hotel and room.
It is very frustrating.
If it had been made clear at the time of booking that there was only 1 rom available we would not have chosen that package

This can sometimes result in limited room types being offered, and we understand how frustrating this can be when it doesn’t align with your expectations.
