I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the assistance you received during the earthquake in Nepal. However, I think maybe you are directing your complaint in the wrong direction. SOS International assists Nordic travellers abroad and does usually not handle cases for travellers not residing in one of the Nordic countries.
