I am really very sorry again that you have not received an email regarding all your tracking information for your order.
Sometimes the confirmation email can get stuck in your spam/junk folder by mistake, therefore please ensure that you have classed prettylittlething.com as a safe sender.
However I can assure that we shall be investigating this further so we can check whether our customers are actually receiving their dispatch email.
