This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. I purchased 1 litter box. This was a TERRIBLE decision. It is so poorly designed I cannot believe it's still being sold, and at such an outrageous price! The base where the litter sits is smaller than the lid, obviously. But when the cat pees in the box and is close to the edge, the pee goes all over the floor!
I have disputed this transaction with my bank as you sent a faulty product and trying to find any excuse to do not get this returned.
The product is faulty and the customer service so poor. This is terrible, unhealthy and disgusting. Do not buy this litter box.

We would however like to clarify that the Dome is not suitable for cats that spray or urinate standing up towards the edge of the litter box. This is specifically mentioned in the product information and does not mean that the product itself is defective.

Terrible
The coffee machines are terrible as their coffee and their customer service. Shocking. Also the coffee pods are made with aluminium which poses some pretty serious health concerns.

Hi there,
We have people who are keep posting negative fake reviews on our account and no one of your team is taking actions.
It has been weeks that I am calling you and sending emails with no answers whatsoever.
It is no acceptable that the same person can review a company unlimited amount of times.
Can you please stop these defamatory behaviours, as it is damaging our company image.
Where is your customer service????? Why no one ever pick up the phone?

Awful service - I have no words.
Awful service - I have no words. I am literally shocked. I have been calling continuously since June to ask for a contract or T&C and a solution to broadband technical issue with no luck. Your customer service and technical team is shocking. I am now with Virgin and still no able to cancel the contract. I am on the phone or in chat for hours everyday. This is awful - I have no words.
