When I started with Male Excel they were a pleasure to work with. Now they send me bills, never answer my messages, and create all types of hurdles to cancel my subscription. They charge without showing pricing breakdowns anymore (they did previously), and costs have nearly doubled in 2 years. They've sent the wrong medication or missed a medication more than once, and when you're dealing with thyroid, testosterone, and other hormones, it can create a very unstable situation resulting in energy depletion and can affect my ability to have children. All in all, I have recommended them in the past, but their customer support, mistakes, and cost all equate to a TERRIBLE experience. I would NEVER recommend this to a friend.

This was an excellent value for the money.

My costs have gone up exponentially and no changes are made based on the test results I’ve received. They’ve failed on three occasions to send the correct medication and customer support is hit or miss. Overall, I’m looking into other options that are more hands on, offer more options to enhance my treatment, and offer better pricing.

Sometimes it's difficult to use and it lacks updates on your trip.

Anita does a wonderful job communicating and taking matters into her own hands. She's great!
