I know a young man who ended upside down in a river when his friend went too fast around a bend in the road. They were lucky that their windows were both down before the car sank to the bottom of the river and they wre able to get. But it made me think about my sons and their families as well as my wife and myself if any of us found yourselves in a similar situation So l bought enough for al of us. Better safe than sorry!

About 4 weks ago I sent 3 empty cartridges back in the envelope provided but have not received any new cartridges back. I have already sent a message to you about this but despite continuing to being charged every month I stillhave not received them or been told why. If this is not reso[ved soon I will have to cancel.

Very helpful staff who soon sorted out my problems with tyre pressure etc. All the staff Who dealt with my problem were very patient in sorting it and finally got everything sorted. A pleasure to do business with them, Thank you.

Although my wife and I have several medical conditions we were accepted by Travel Insurance Saver AND at a very reasonable cost to us to allow us to continue enjoying our holidays abroad. It was quite easy to follow the online questions and after giving my answers to the various medical queries I was immediately accepted for a years travel insurance to Europe with excellent cover for the two of us.

Had to cancel initial Policy because of a family do so I rang to cancel and had my payment refund the following day. I later discovered the family do had been cancelled so I applied again for the Insurance and again - no problems, no increase and I am highly delighted with the overall service I received.

Having shopped at JTF Sheffield for many years I have found them to be one of the best companies to deal with. Even though this last purchase, a set of 4 drawers, was found to be damaged on delivery and not the quality I expected it to be, there was no quibble when I said I didn't want the item to be replaced. Within 3 days the item had been picked up from my home and the total cost had been refunded to my credit. The young lady I dealt with on the telephone was very helpful and understanding as well as being polite and cheerful towards me.
