I booked my rental car from Milan airport and firstly my wife and I with our 5 month old baby were delayed because the booking was with the wrong terminal but that I can live with.

On the very tight, poorly maintained Italian roads some damage was caused to the wheel. Expecting my fully comprehensive insurance to cover the damages I received the following from Car Rentals -

"Damage caused to the windows, windscreen, glass, interior, personal belongings, wheels and/or tyres, the roof or undercarriage"

That's most of the car!

If you plan on driving in any country where you have the slightest concerns with the roads or other drivers then do not use this company. A small saving in the short term can cost you a lot in the long run.
