We were generally kept up to date but the UK courier did not keep us fully informed and delivered without informing us.

All good in terms of work carried out but could have done better on communicating progress and estimated completion.

Contacted us promptly when we raised a request on their website. Called personally and was impressed by Sam’s professional competence and manner. Quoted us a price including VAT so it was clear what total cost would be for survey. Made appointment for following day and arrived as stated.
Kept us informed as carried out survey and made a full inspection to locate problem area.
Pleased and impressed by Sam’s professionalism and pleasant manner and booked to do follow up repair.
