Spoke through the process with me when booking and were very helpful when we potentially had to move the survey due to problems with the chain. Survey and report were thorough. The report was easy to read by being broken down into clear sections as well as being scored well to understand severity of problems. Clear advice on how to deal with any problems found.

Love the product but came up very small. I'm have always been a size 5 so ordered the 4-5 and my heel hangs off the back.

Great sofa however we weren't given a delivery slot as informed that we would which was inconvenient for us to arrange for someone to be home.
