Transferring was easy for me without hassle or difficult to reach customer service etc. I must note that its just a simple transfer so no installations, questions etc.

The 3 stars are given because i received engie spam mails after becoming customer. It is illegal according to gdpr laws to auto enroll customers or anyone for that matter into mailing lists without there concent.

Difficult to reach but nor worse then other isp's. I had the same experience with almost ALL isp's in belgium.

They do offer the cheapest coax internet available. So once everything is up & running its all good :-).

Maar ik ben ongewenst default ingeschreven voor de nieuwsbrief en blijf wekelijks mails krijgen ook al heb ik mij uitgeschreven.

Update, ik ben reeds erg vriendelijk door de klantendienst gecontacteerd , er is blijkbaar iets niet in orde met het uitschrijven en men heeft dit voor mij uitgevoerd. Het default aanvinken van een maillist bij het aanmaken van een account is echter wel nog een pijnpuntje. Ik heb dit even opgezocht in de gdpr/avg webtekst en er staat in de tekst letterlijk "Silence, pre-ticked boxes or inactivity should not therefore constitute consent." (bron Document 32016R0679 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 te vinden op eur-lex.europa.eu). Als dit wordt gecorrigeerd pas ik met plezier de review aan naar 5 sterren wegens goede klantenservice :-).

I Bought a key at Gk4 because of the low price and the many pay options. (I don't use paypal). Gk4 had many alternatives. I did not receive my key right away but its an exception, I contacted the support trough the support chat and they helped me friendly and fast.
