We are very sorry and apologize for the bad experience. Our international orders still have some issues but we are continuously improving our service.

Based on your feedback specifically we spent a whole day redesigning our postal charge calculations so that they are based on weight as they should instead of price.

The problem is related to the fact that we sell Physical Bitcoins which are small and very high value - our system was designed for them. Now it should work better though and the postal charges should be fair for all types of orders.

We are grateful for any feedback and we will quickly fix all real issues pointed out by our customers.
