Review of TAILORED ATHLETE
The Athletic Fit Short Sleeve Signature Shirt in Black that I ordered in Large was not true to size. I tried it on for all of 5 seconds before taking it off and putting it back into its packaging. They claimed they could not refund it to me because there was a "smell" to it. This was extremely insulting to me to insinuate I left some type of order on the product. They did ship it back to me after denying my refund and the only smell on it is that crappy factory warehouse scent. Morale of the story don't expect them to refund you and be wary of their size recommendations.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing this. I'm sorry to hear about the frustration around the sizing and the refund decision, and I understand how that came across.
We'd like to take a closer look at this specific case. Could you email us at support@tailoredathlete.com with your order number so we can review what happened and see what we can do from here?
