We are very sorry for your comments. In order to verify your case and confirm whether it was an error on our part, you must submit a return request. Remember to choose the correct return reason.
If it was our error, the return shipping costs will be our responsibility, as long as the product is actually damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In the case of a voluntary return, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, if you have received a wrong/ defective/ incomplete product or simply want to return it you would need to open a return request through your account please.

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to claim some issues related to the order you received. (for example, the item is missing from the order, missing customization, the product does correspond to the image etc.)
