Would never use this company again
Paid for next day delivery never came asked for my money back got email saying delivery charge refunded but still held on to money for part two weeks later part arrives
First and last time will use them really bad service

Thank you for your review.

I am sorry to hear of the issues experienced.

Unfortunately we do not have our own courier service, therefore rely on third party delivery companies to deliver parcels to our customers when expected. If there is a delay to the delivery of any items we will however do whatever we can to put it right for the customer.

A full delivery refund was issued as soon as we were made aware of the delivery delay. In addition to this we have also passed our comments on to DPD.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

First class service

My kids had a trampoline for six years not from yourselfs so I was looking for one with same quality orderd trampoline 8 o'clock one day next day it arrived about 10 o'clock excellent
The quality of frame is what it says on web first class so I would highly recommend them
