I made one booking for my brother in law. Less than 15 minutes later I went to make my own and the price had jumped £20. I phoned thinking it could be price matched as so soon after but it could not.
Thankyou for your response, I am aware of that but a different operator in the same circumstance price matched as they were able to see I had immediately gone to make the second booking. A gesture of goodwill.

Tyres were delivered to the garage of our choice. The work was undertaken on time. Have used this garage before and found them satisfactory. We did wait for the work to be completed, the garage does not have a waiting area but seats were available.
The website was easy to use.

I booked via the English heritage awards scheme, however the price was the same as not doing this. Supposed to be a 5% discount. As I tried to resolve it the cabin came up more expensive by £2. Had to leave and re enter. Not happy.
I am pleased to say this has been picked up by Brittany Ferries and they will refund the discount. Well done them.

This company provided exactly what was required. One test went astray with the Royal Mail 24 hour tracking and on contacting them a new test was promptly dispatched.
The fit to fly certificate was delivered well withing the time stated.

An easy service to use , the tyres were delivered to the garage of choice, it would have been easier if the appointment to fit could also be done on line rather than having to phone the garage especially with our limited French. However it did go smoothly and we were happy with the service at the local garage
