Very poor delivery and customer service:
- Took 2 weeks for delivery to be ready after placing order (item was not actually in stock)
- Miscommunication during delivery so first delivery did not happen
- Delivered item (fridge) at door and did not bring up to apartment
- Did not take back old item (fridge) which was committed before
- Slow and not-helpful responses from Customer Service

We are still waiting for the refund for our cancelled flight in 2020 due to COVID. After countless times contacting the helpdesk, we had finally managed to get a cash reimbursement approved. However, the reimbursement has now been stuck for over a year.

Contacting the helpdesk results in the same copy-paste answer followed by the agent cancelling the conversation.

I strongly discourage people from using this airline.
