- Lawrence MortensenMei 4, 2014Excellent Sunday brunch buffet, with generous champagne refills and excellent service. Also, the souvenir mug with the "Mr. Bali Hai" drink is definitely worth it for tiki aficionados.
- Sit at the bar when Brian is working. Hands down the best Mai Tai, none of that garbage mix, just delicious rum. If you need something a little more mild, get the Goof Punch.
- Happy Hour in the bar/lounge area M-F is a great deal. Although I don't mind full price for a Mai Tai or 3.

Since 1955, Bali Hai Restaurant has been a family-owned and operated “tiki temple,” offering picturesque views of the San Diego Bay. In April 2010, the restaurant was completely renovated by renowned architect Graham Downes and with a new modern Pacific Rim menu by Executive Chef Chris Powell.
