Replace legacy WlxOverlay with WlxOverlay-S
WlxOverlay-S is the rewrite of WlxOverlay in Rust+Vulkan. By using Vulkan it avoids the EGL segfaults that tend to be an issue with NVidia proprietary drivers. It also now works with Monado.
